Here is some valuable feedback that I got from an assessor:

To be honest prabhu, I think you are a little too forceful with the way you present things. You have a tendency to say things like:

“I am doing this”
“this is what is going to happen”
“the existing system is bogus chuck it out”
“We will take over…”

I don’t think this really gives the impression of a team player spirit. It may be a bit intimidating to your potential colleagues. You may seem a bit wild and threatening and make people unnecessarily nervous.

To make it easier for others to assimilate your presentations why not soften your presentations by phrasing them more like:

“I would like to do this…. what do you think?”
“My ideal vision would be like this…”
“I have doubts in the following areas of the proposed/existing areas of the strategy:…”
“My feelings/thoughts on the matter are such and such…”
